We offered to consider Mr. James Dickson for employment as a Foreman of Works, Grade II, in the Public Works Department, Gold Coast, (salary £440/12/£500) on the 30th November, 1920, and altho' we reminded him on the 8th December, he has not replied.
We, therefore, assume he does not wish to become a candidate for the post. We have no other suitable vacancy for which we consider him.
